Cancelling your subscription
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed.
- Bought in the iOS app — Apple bills these. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then MemeIQ, then Cancel. You can also reach this through Manage subscription in the app’s settings. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription for you.
- Bought on the website — open the Plan page in your account and cancel there.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the period you have paid for runs out. If you are on the 3-day trial and cancel before it ends, you are not charged at all.
Refunds
Purchases made in the iOS app are refunded by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made on the website are handled by us; write to kannonrhodes5@gmail.com.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your account, your scan history, and your subscription record from our servers, and clears what is stored on the device. It cannot be undone, and it does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that separately, as above.
A scan looked wrong
Analysis is automated and will sometimes be wrong. A few things that commonly cause it:
- The screenshot was cropped so the timeframe was not visible. The same shape means very different things on a 1-minute and a daily chart, so the app reports checks it could not resolve rather than guessing.
- The image was blurry or partly covered. Confidence drops and some checks are skipped — the result says which.
- It was not a price chart. The app says so rather than inventing a reading.
If a result still looks wrong with a clear, uncropped chart, send us the screenshot and what you expected. That is the most useful bug report we can get.
What we will never ask you for
A seed phrase, a private key, an exchange API key, or a password to any other service. MemeIQ does not connect to a wallet and does not need any of them. Anyone asking for one while claiming to be us is not us.
